WARRANTY VARIATION - BRANDS

Within the brands that Solid brings to Brazil, there are 3 types of Warranty Operation, which varies from Brand to Brand. Are they:

1 - Direct Guarantee with Solid in Brazil

Applicable Brands: Lian Li

Warranty activation process: Consumers should contact Solid via E-Mail suporte@solidpower.com.br , respecting the warranty terms for each product, respecting the terms stipulated on our official websites, and attaching with the contact the purchase invoice of the product and a brief explanation of the Defect found so that our team can continue the service.

Service Term: Around 4 Business days (Maximum Term)

2 - Direct Dealer Warranty

Applicable Brands: Redragon , XP-PEN , Scythe , Madcatz , OnePower , T-Dagger, KWG, Gamdias

Warranty activation process: Consumers should contact us by e-mail suporte@redragon.com.br (Exclusively Redragon) or suporte@solidpower.com.br (Other Brands), and attaching the invoice of Purchase of the product and a brief explanation of the Defect found so that our team can continue the service.

After contact, our team will support the case and verify the need to exchange the product with the reseller.

If confirmed the need for exchange, Solid will generate a Warranty Authentication Code . This code indicates that Solid confirms that the problem requires a product replacement and authorizes the replacement of the defective product for the customer.

Service Term: Around 4 Business days (Maximum Term)

 

 

For the Reseller: The Warranty Authentication Code has all the information required by Solid about Service, and is the only information required when we receive the item. We suggest that you include the code provided by the customer with the product on a Post-It or piece of sheet when returning it to us.

If the consumer already has the Warranty Authentication Code, this indicates that the exchange authorization is validated under any circumstances, even if the product does not have a box or additional internal items.

After the service and exchange with the customer, the reseller just needs to contact us by e-mail
rma@solidpower.com.br to make the credit of the product used for exchange.

Service Term: Around 5 Business days (Maximum Term)

3- Direct Warranty with International Brand Support

Applicable Brands: Deepcool, NZXT, Xanova

Warranty activation process: Due to the centralization of the Support service of these brands, the Consumer must contact the International Directory of the brand through the links of their official websites. It is suggested that contact with the International division be made in English (even if using an Online Translator).

Service Term: Varies by Brand
