SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA sells products of different brands, national or imported, and it is of utmost importance that our customers named as RESALE in this guide are fully informed about the warranty rules of our company, so we suggest you read the topics below, in order to guide themselves so that the required procedures leave no doubt and the process is streamlined.

  2. We strongly reinforce that SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA values ​​the well-being of its customers and RESELLERS, and that it will facilitate the smooth running of requests to exchange products in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for the final consumer.

Resale: purchase products from SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA
Customer / Final Consumer: purchase products from the Reseller

  1. In order for us to serve you in an appropriate and agile manner, it is essential that all the terms set out below are fulfilled. All warranty processes involve product movement, so it requires the monitoring of INVOICE REQUIRED BY LAW. Therefore, always stay informed with your accountant or with the state and federal revenue of your state.

WARRANTY PRODUCT

  1. All products sold by SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA have their warranty stipulated by the brand, as long as their use is CORRECT, and within the terms stated in the warranty certificates and / or in information described in the official boxes and websites of the brand / product in the Brazil.

  2. It is the duty of the RESALE or CLIENT / FINAL CONSUMER to verify, in the manuals accompanying the products or on the manufacturers' websites, where the technical assistance places or authorized posts are listed. The RESALE or FINAL CONSUMER must send the product for repair to authorized service stations, if applicable.

  3. After the correct reception of the items requested to activate the RMA following the requested procedures, SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA will generate a System Credit for use in subsequent purchases.

 

HOW TO PROCEED TO SHIP PRODUCTS IN GUARANTEE?

  1. Sending an RMA Request using the form:

  2. It is important to have the invoice in hand to complete the form. After sending, some data will be requested to proceed with the RMA request.

  3. After submitting the request, our warranty department will have 72 WORKING HOURS to make a general assessment. After that, it will be checked if the product is in the purchase history of SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA and if it is within the warranty period;

  4. After the evaluation, SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA will respond to the RESALE contact, AUTHORIZING OR REFUSING THE RMA or PASSING / REQUESTING ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IF NECESSARY.

  5. PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE SERIAL CODE, OR WITH A DUPLICATE SERIAL.

 

IMPORTANT:

  1. We reserve the right to refuse the warranty or charge additional charges when:

    • The products were not purchased from SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA;

    • Defects were caused by misuse;

    • Negligence;

    • Fall;

    • Electrical discharges;

    • Other items specifically described in the Manual on the product

    • etc.

  2. The products must be well packaged, with tapes wrapped in the box, correctly addressed together WITH THE REASON POINTED BY THE CUSTOMER AS A DEFECT sent written with the product - this way we can finalize the handling of the items more quickly.

  3. We reinforce our total commitment to the final consumer, and we suggest to RESALE that it facilitates at all times the exchange of the product in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to its customer.

  4. Do not receive the products if the packaging and seals are broken, inform IMMEDIATELY what happened to SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA so that we can take the necessary measures, we will NOT accept returns later.

FINAL REMINDER:

  1. We will not accept the warranty without the FISCAL NOTE. Keep the invoices for the conference request in easy access and wait for our team to verify.

  2. We will not accept products whose defects were caused by misuse, neglect, falling, power surges, electrical discharges, etc.

  3. We suggest the RESALE to carry out basic tests in order to assist and detect defects reported by the Customer in order to avoid unnecessary RMA requests.

  4. After the correct reception of the items requested to activate the RMA, SOLID IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA will generate a System Credit for use in subsequent purchases. We are not responsible for TRANSPORT.

  5. The rules expressed here must be fully complied with. Discrepancies imply the refusal of receipt, without prior notice.
